Currently I'm running my CPU, motherboard, and my 480s using a single Black Ice GTX360 radiator in a Cosmos S. The 480s load at high 40's C with that setup, so I'd say a GTX360 is enough. But if you need extra cooling, right now I'm in the process of transferring my rig over to a HAF X, putting the GTX360 on top and adding a GTX 120 to the back (single 140 rad won't fit on the back with the 360 on top once you've accounted for fittings). It should turn out pretty good.

Might have a tough time fitting an RX + fans in your HAF X. I have a 360 stealth + fans and it clears the MB by about 5 mm.
