Just wondering what is the best AGP based Socket 939 Motherboard out there right now? I just do not see the advantage of going with a PCI-E video card right now. I was able to unlock the pipelines and pixel shaders on the card I have now, and am not interested in upgrading at this time. I.E. "You need to upgrade to PCI-E video cards because...", don't want to hear it.
I like the concept of cards like this ASRock http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813157081 that enables me to upgrade to PCI-E based cards in the future, but it seems there are a lot of glitches where video cards and memory are concerned. I found this Abit Motherboard http://www.pcprogress.com/product.asp?PID=ABAV8&m1=pg but the price is $30 more then what it should be, but that would not hold me back. The problem is not finding one, but finding one that is good for overclocking and that the price has not skyrocketed because of decreased supply.
Any input and suggestions of good motherboards would be most appreciated. Thanks.
