I'm going to need 3-4 fans for a tiny project I'm planning on doing.
Looking for an efficient fan. Good noise to airflow ratio; preferably cheap

these are the cheapest and highest rated 80mm fans on newegg; are they any good? I'll probably connect them to fan controllers to lower them to around 20-25 dbA.

SilenX is notorious for unrealistic specs. I have found my Masscool fans meeting their specs.

In any case, 80mm fans are a crapshoot. OP, you have said this is a tiny project. That's about the only good reason I can see for using this size fan. You might compare prices and shipping rates at Directron and Mwave. I've bought from both with no problems.
