trying to finally get my i7 up and running soooooo just as the title says best ddr3 triple channel ram for under £150.

my considerations so far:

Kingston HyperX
Patriot Viper
OCZ Gold
Corsair XMS3(CMX6GX3M3A1600C9)
Corsair XMS3(TR3X6G1600C9)

thoughts? suggestions?
