i have a regular evga 8xs agp 6800..

I have been playing with different drivers and comparing performance and such , but have yet to find that perfect driver that will get the most out of my card..

heres a list of drivers i have tried

the new nvidia 81.98
77.77 the one that came with it
an NGO Headquarters optimized driver 81.95
82.12 forceware

right now im downloading the new 82.65 drivers from guru3d

if anyone out there has stumbled upon a good driver for the 6800 lemme know!

I use that exact same driver and it works very well for me. I get 100 fps in Doom 3 @ 1280x1024 max everything. Like 150 Fps in CSS with same resolution and max everything. NFS:MW around 90-100 fps with same resolution and max all.

I use the newest driver and it performs better than the previous driver release. I also play BF2, occasionally(EA sucks) and it seems to be fine. If you stick with the 77.77, you may have some troubles with BF2.
