I reformatted my OS so I don't have any burning software at all anymore.

As a kid, I had collected alot of Thomas the Tank Engine VHS tapes. Entire seasons of the show through like dozens of these things. I've successfully converted all of them to dozens of avi files on my computer thanks to my HDPVR.
What I want to do now is burn all of these avi files to DVDs and make basically a DVD Season Collection of this old kids show for my young relative. I also want to make it so each individual avi file is it's own chapter on the DVD so you can easily skip forward on the DVD kinda like you would if you had bought a season.
What's the best program to do so? I used to use DVDSanta but I'm pretty sure that's old now.
