Win7's defragger seems perfectly good to me. Even has scheduled defrag feature.

Smart Defrag rearranges the files that are used most to the fastest part of the disk, and the rarely used files after them. There are 3 options:
  • Defrag
  • Fast Optimize
  • Deep Optimize

I recommend Advanced Defrag. It helps me not only defragment the hard disk but also the Windows Registry. How cool it is.
