Ok 2 questions here

1) Which GPU is better MSI GTX 680 LIGHTNING vs. MSI GTX 670 PE?

2) Are those cards good for water cooling, I know MSI has the Twin frozer design which is great for AIR COOLING but if I want a water cooled GTX 680/670 should I just go with an EVGA instead? ( Is it worth the xtra cost? )

Really? You are asking if the fastest GTX 680 is better than a GTX 670 with factory overclock? The Lightning is far supperior in my opinion, but will of course cost a bit more.

The Lightning is great for water cooling since it is the only GTX 680 which overvolts out of the box and both Aquacomputer and EK makes full cover blocks for it. I might be wrong, but I don't know of any blocks for the GTX 670 Power Edition.

if not the 7970 is a good card
