nvidia 7900gto gets my vote for the $300 price range.

Under $500/$450 should still be X1950XTX <img src="/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)" class="inlineimg" />

However, I do not see enough proof that the X1950XTX is faster than the 7950GX2

Used X850XTs for under $100. Not sure if used prices are valid but if they are you can move it into the under $100 catagory.

As of late, the AGP 7600GT's are nowhere to be found, so don't know if they should still be included on the list.
