Toshiba M7 or M8 Enterprise drives. Running 8 at home and >60 of 'em at work, out of all of them, one dud which was flagged at first boot. I've also had good experiences with the Ironwolf (Pro) drives, but bad experiences with Seagate overall, so I avoid them unless given no choice. The WD Enterprise drives are great, but are way too expensive.
From where I am at the Toshiba's and Seagate's are super expensive, at home I run WD Gold's since they are affordable for me..
