what is the best HSF I can get for my AMD 64 3200 for under $50 bucks? ive seen some but dont real undertsand all the mumbo-jumbo specs on them.

Not sure about that one (never even heard of it

) But I love my XP-120. Get a good 90cfm (EXTREMELY quiet for that power) Panaflo fan, or a nice 130 cfm YS Tech, or even a 190cfm Delta, you'll be golden

Yea those 120's are nice. I have a 90 those work good to. Any of these would work nicely. He said under 50 bones.
