Best IEM or earbuds below $30CAD

I'm looking for something to replace my stock ipod earphones. I know of the JVC marshmellows + Kramer mod but was wondering if there were any other alternatives.

Well the Bass Freq headphone imo are the best for that cheap.
That have excellent base and great sound quality.
