I am planning on buying some new RAMS I was thinking on these:

But I don't know which is better for overclocking?? Can you please tell me why?

Well, the first one has a lower CAS Latency which means it has tighter timings and is the better memory. I'm not sure of the overclocking potential.

But my mobo says it holds up to DDR2 800 do you think is going to hold that one???

It will 'hold' the memory it just won't be able to achieve that speed.

Why does my memory is showing now DDR2 777 instead of DDR2 800? I overclocked my E8400 to 3.5GHZ, Can you please help me out??? I am starting to know about overclocking

Look for your divider (strap) and change from 1:1 to 5:6 or 4:5
