I like the Asus P5Q and Gigabyte GA-EP45 boards. Definitely pick one with a P45 chipset, in my opinion. Sometimes the nVidia boards overclock great, other times they don't.
Gigabyte gets my vote. Question, though, if you're not overclocking, does it matter that much? I'm all for a decent quality board, but why spend that $$ on a mobo when you can get a cheaper one and spend that extra on more GFX or bigger monitor etc.
The best for crossfire will be an X48 board (since they have 16x/16x and P45 only has 8x/8x).
Generally they clock higher than P45 as well. To put things into perspective, I had to struggle alot to hit 4.6ghz on my P5Q-E. But using EVERYTHING on auto with the rampage extreme I can hit 4.75ghz, much less with any tweaking. If you want to see what sets WR's its the Rampage Exteme. (The biostar is no slouch either).
But if you want a decent day to day board, pretty much anything listed wont let you down. Get whatever is cheapest. Personally I like asus since their bios is better IMO, but gigabyte makes nice things too.
