Yes it's sad, but the question stands. What is the best PCIe video card you can get for $100. I've been looking around and the ATI X300 SE looks like the best. Do you guys have any sugestions?

Remember PCI-Express

Thanks,

For ~$100 you might want to look for a 6200 (not sure if they're out yet..)
For ~$300 a 6600GT is your best bet, I'm not sure if they're going to make the 6800 standards on PCIe for a while

I'm looking at dual graphics cards on Nforce4 in the near future, and I can't see plain 6800s in PCIe, so I reckon I'm gonna go with dual 6600GTs.

And btw BSman, the X700 gets creamed by 9700Pro (go Yiffy) - so what does that tell you about the X300?

I thought about twin 6600GTs, but I read somewhere that they were just slightly faster than single 6800GT, and they'll cost a bit more, so I'd get the single 6800GT
