Best Place To Buy A 165 In The UK?

Well, i've decided to ditch this CABGE, and upgrade, i first thought of a single core Opty, but i then decided that it wasn't really an upgrade (from 2.75 GHz to probably about 2.9 GHz with air), but the i got this reserator, so i'm now thinking of going down the Opty 165 (perhaps 170, depending on prices and overclockability) route, and am wondering:

A. Will my mobo take it? Its got the latest beta bios (1302)

B. Will my mobo overclock it well? Remember, this is no DFI!

C. Retail or OEM? Which will be more overclockable? i dont need a HSF, but if the retails are better then i'll do it

D. Where is the best place to get one? i was thinking eBay (So i know which stepping i'm getting), but i was looking for other places that might save me money

1st off, retails and OEM are not a different product, its the way its sold

Retail = CPU, HSF, manual, case sticker, warranty

OEM = CPU and nothing else

Scan.co.uk

165 : http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/Produ...oductID=338466

170 : http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/Produ...oductID=337800

thank you, i know there chips are the same, and that its just a box and a HSF, but i wondered if perhaps the better steppings turned up in the retails.

£100 - 165 - possible
£120 - 170 - Ouch!

The best steppings shows as much up in retail as it does in OEM.
