I'm thinking about going crossfire 6950's later in the future, as I only have a single 6950 now though.
Newegg "Which PSU do I need?" recommended an 800 psu for my build.
The rest of my build is in the following link

Let me know if there are any questions that I need to answer.
Thanks for any help that anyone may be able to provide!

I was thinking the XFX 750, but I didn't know if it was enough.
Both would take about 350-370W on full load, so 750W should be plenty of power.

If you're on a budget, get the TP-750... otherwise the XFX is fine. The AX750 is only marginally better.

650w would be fine for two 6950's.... 750w if you're unlocking.

But the TX750 is outdated, average performing and pretty loud. It was decent for its time but right now there are far superior options available for similar prices.

So would the XFX750 be a good choice?
Or is there a better price:performance 750w?

Yeah, the XFX is a great choice. The best value is probably the TP-750, but the XFX is much better.

XFX it is!
Thanks a lot for the help guys!

Also, would the XFX750w be enough to power the build located in first post + an additional 6950?
If no, it would likely be best to go ahead and get an XFX850, right?
Unless there's a better 850w than that.

750w would be fine for a heavily overclocked i7 rig with unlocked 6950's. So you're fine. 850w is in GTX 580 SLI territory.

Kinda pricey, but my vote goes for the antec tpq 850. I've been using it for going on 3 years. I had one fry after about a year of use, but antec was so amazing with customer support and even gave me an advanced RMA (they sent me a new psu before I had to send the old one back, which cut the RMA time by about 4 days). Oh, and the 5 year warranty isn't to shabby either!

EDIT: sorry, didn't notice you already made your decision lol
