Hey guys,

I won a Darwin Award by not checking the Asus QVL to see if the G-Skill F4-3200C16Q-32GTZR ram was supported by the Crosshair Hero 6. It's too late to refund them, and I'm brand new to OCing RAM.

Can anyone advise on getting the most out of those sticks?

My Rig: Ryzen 7 1700, Crosshair VI Hero, F4-3200C16Q-32GTZR, GTX 1080 Z Gaming Twin Frozr

I managed to get the RAM to 3200 using auto settings. Nice and stable with 9 hours of Prime95 torture testing.

Still open to any timing suggestions to tighten up performance.

32G of ram at 3200 with a Ryzen 1700 is a very good result.

You could try tighten up tREF its often a lot higher than need be and can bring some decent performance gains
