Hey fellas,

I wanna get a tv-tuner card to use as a pvr... i am trying to stay under about $70

this is what I want,

TV/FM

remote doesnt really matter...

good pvr software...

a card compatible with sound blaster drivers...

Get the TV Wonder Pro. That is the best you can do for the money. The Multi-Media Center is very good PVR software. I enjoyed that part of my old ATI AIW card. The only drawback is it has no hardware encoding, so you will need a good machine for TV recording. If you double that amount of money you can get a much better card.

I have a Conextant BT78 that works great, about 50$ I think. Good quality and hardware encoding.
