planning to give the 8800gts to my cousin since hes stuck with a 6150LE..

or should i use the extra money to buy another hard drive and do a RAID?

I'd personally wait a little while. Your current card is enough to max most games at your res.

If you game alot, go with a new video card (GTX 260 216 or GTX 285...much better upgrade for gaming than a hard-drive.

If you do alot of file transfering, and that sort of thing then 2x RAID 0 config drives might be a better upgrade.

Sure. If I were you, I'd save the money for an upgrade down the road.
