I'm at college and had backed up my (small) DVD collection to my computer so i could watch them and put them on my phone/whatever. A few of us want to watch a movie in the dorm theater room, but i need a program that can burn video files (.mp4/.avi) straight to a dvd.

I prefer Nero 9...Does DVD, DVD DL and Blu-Ray. You could also add chapters, title page, etc...Only thing it cannot really do is add subtitles.
