Hi all
could someone upload screenshots with DX10 and DX11 to see what are the difference...
To change from Dx11 to Dx10 u need to go to Documents => BFBC2 => then open Settings.ini and modify DxVersion=11 to DxVersion=10
I have a Ati 4670 so can't see a difference
, but I would like to see some scr-shots..
THANKS !!!

The differences are very subtle, so you aren't really missing out.

Don't know but my card is going better with games in Dx10 than Dx9...
I have a Ati X1600xt 256Mb DDR3...I know it's old but i play HAWKS @ 1600x1050 High and Bioshock 2 is going very well...so immagine how better it goes with 4670

I prefer Dx10 libraries..

In your case YES, because u're using an 5xxx series card...If u not sure 100% go to Documents => BFBC2 => and open a file Settings.ini ( then see a string DxVersion= 9-10-11 ) if u want u can manually modify Dx version

:\\ I thinked that Dx11 is some innovation...but maybe in this game isn't so visible
Don't know exactly the name of one bench prog but the difference was big...everything had a very nice form(details) in Dx11 respect Dx9-10

that's not DX11 doing the work, it's Tesselation
DX11 only adds Tesselation enhancements, which makes it look drastically different, but if you can enable Tesselation in DX10, it'll look the same... only probably a LOT slower

and the benchmark's called Heaven btw

The only stuff I noticed was the killer light effects HBAO or whatever they call it and the threads on the clothes look real. But the clothes thing is really only noticeable in single player where its alot slower placed and your with your squad.
