Nothing new or revolutionary here, just some simple fun.
In the past, I have used a bi-directional led in some builds as the case power indicator. Some motherboards have actually documented the use of a bi-directional led. I typically use a red/green device for such an indicator. The forward bias shows GREEN indicating POWER ON. The reverse bias show RED indicating STAND BY/HIBERNATION. And, of course, OFF is OFF.
I use these devices for a simple case mod (it is just an LED swap).
Does anyone else do this with their cases?
