That looks like my honda civic radiator... If it's a car radiator is gonna be more than 100 dollars brand new... A 16" fan could be the best thing for that, not a bunch of 120mm fans..

And then you would need a hell of a pump because that will most likely put alot of resistance
, alot of surface area though

If you read the guide, its from an older car (89' chrysler to be exact) and the guy got it for $5... so it shouldn't be too expensive from an auto-parts store.. lol.
