Kind of easy, but I cant think of anything

I need 8 characteristics of the following, um what do you call this?

Carbohydrates:
-Carbohydrates are broken down by Amylase
-used to store or release energy
-composed of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen
-an essentioal component of living cells
-examples: sugars, saccharides
-The ratio of hydrogen to oxygen is 2:1
-4 calories per gram

Lipids:
-commonly called fats
-long term energy storage
-insulation
-protective coatings, such as in membranes
-insoluble in water
-soluble in organic solvents
-essential structural component of living cells
-9 calories per gram
-broken down by the enzyme lipase
-types: fats, oils, phospholipids, triglycerides, waxes

Proteins:
-amino acid
-examples: eggs, meat, milk
-essential for growth
-essential for repair of tissue
-4 calories per gram

Nucleic Acids:

I added the ones I found in the dictionary, but if there is something stupid tell me

Carbs converted into glucose, and unused into glycogen. When body needs energy, converts glycogen into glucose...

I THINK. Check your book..

And I am sure of this: Sugars are simple carbs. Starches (Saccahrines) are complex, and the body HAS to convert them to simple carbs before they can be used.

This is HEALTH! Not chem! lol
