Bios options on gigabyte board

I'm trying to overclock my stuff and keep it nice and solid. I know how to do all the stuff but, my bios dont' have the option for me to set the cpu multiplier as well as the ram multiplier. Does anyone know of any ways to unlock or uncover these options. My board is a gigabyte 7vt600p. I have already done the ctrl+f1 thing and it unlocks my ram timings but still no multipliers.

You cant change the CPUs multiplyer anyway, the 2800+ are locked

RAM can only be set to the given standards like 133/266, 166/333 or if available 200/400.
