FSB is your CPU's, the CPU's Vcore.

Mann, those are some weird settings......I'm so used to ASUS's I guess.

No, the FSB voltage is not vCore, it does have an effect on system stability. I can't find the link right now, but some one performed a test and found out that higher vFSB is required for higher FSB, obviously. But it also seems that the higher the vFSB value is the less stable the system becomes. I think you just have to find something in between. Pumping it up +.1 to .2 is probably good when you reach high fsb speeds. But the actual stable value is largely trial and error.
