Are you using the Koolance clamps? I bought one to try and it's so hard to get it on the tubing it's crazy!
Far-up? (lol) pics incoming below....

The exact clamps I used are these. Yes, they were EXTREMELY hard to get over the 5/8 OD hoses once installed on the 1/2 inch barbs. But a little wiggling and twisting of the clamps got them on there.

On a side note... I AM DONE with my build (other than my side clear window
biggrin.gif
But that will be easy, just waiting on parts....) The countless hours I think really paid off and I am very satisfied with the results. I have built computers many times before, but they were all plug and play. I have never modded, drilled, cut, or watercooled a build before this and it was fun. So much fun, that I am contemplating selling this one and doing another one all over again with what I have learned from this build. I love it and it looks great, but I have learned ALOT from it, I think I could do more with my next build. I want to thank the many people that helped in my countless questions (this forum community is awesome). Enough ranting.... on to the pics -

I'm using those: http://www.frozencpu.com/products/7888/koo-151/Koolance_Reusable_19mm_34_OD_Hose_Clamp_CLM-19.html?tl=g30c289s723
Same thing but for 3/4" OD, it was horrible to put on... I was happy I only bought one for testing since I'll be using the one from the hardware store otherwise

I wanted those pics that you just provided

You know I wouldn't think of doing a black on black build, but I really like it.

It has a sinister military look. In you face ready for business.

Thanks! That is exactly the look I was going for.

Thank you. The sleeving was alot of work, but I am happy I did it.

I am actually 100% completely done now. I got my clear side window and put my build up on a custom shelf near my desk.

I wanted to put my computer up on a shelf for two reasons... I want to look at at it (it was under my desk on my floor before as I do not have enough space to put it on my desk top) and I wanted to let my bottom 120mm rad fans breathe. So, I built a custom shelf for it. It is super sturdy as the screws holding it to the wall go into studs. I can't even rip it off the wall with all my weight on it. Pics below -

Lay out for the rad fan breather hole.

Well.... I guess I am done. The whole build was fun and very satisfying.

I'd be scared to have something like that, unless I guess I build it myself.
It does look great, I like your attention to details such as cable management, you may think of getting some cable hidder plastic that goes on the wall maybe? You can paint it the same color as the wall and your computer will have a floating/disconnected effect

very well done, especially given that this is your first major mod. I like the complete black color scheme. Nice job on the wiring.

The only thing I don't like is the externally mounted rad, but that is a limitation you have to confront with most air cooling designed cases. They just don't fit radiators well. Good job though on the rear mount.

Sounds to me like you've caught the modding itch when you talk about selling yours and doing another build. I can tell you after almost 7 years now of modding and watercooling that it is a disease that once it gets a hold of you is hard to shake.

LOL! I love that you modded the SHELF for the case! That's my kind of modder right there mate! Rock ON brother. Absolutely amazing case.

Indeed. As I look at it now, I love the subtlety of it. It's very understated. If one didn't know modding or what he/she was looking at, the case would look very plain and stock. It's very understated sexy. I like it. It's mean looking, plain (sleeper'ish if you will; if you're a car guy), clean, but bold too. A very well executed mod man.

Thanks! I felt like the bottom rad should be allowed to flow to its full potential, so I let it.

This summed up the look I was going for perfectly. I could not have have said it better myself. This quote is about to be added to my done post on the 1st page. TY~

Finally got around to taking a halfway decent pic with the LEDs on. It's really hard to get the pics to come out good and red like it is in real life. They always want to look orange.

Oh, and this build is for sale.

I have decided that I want to do this all over again, this time with an 800D or the like. I just sit here, all done, and think to my self... "man, i wish I was still building/modding". These thought come to my head even when I am gaming... So, I am selling this one to start over again from scratch.
