Blu-Ray DVD Playback

I just upgraded to Windows 7 clearing out everything Dell had installed. Currently, I cannot find the driver discs that it came with. Every time I try to play a Blu-Ray DVD, in Windows Media Center, "CANNOT PLAY DISC To play this DVD, you must first install a playback application that supports Blue-ray Disc." I haven't done much searching around, but I didn't know if this was a driver I was missing, or once again, Dell screwed me over.

Note the bolded. What it means to tell you is that you have to have a specific software program installed that supports Blu Ray playback. aka something like PowerDVD BD edition or something or other. Similar to how DVD movies use to not play unless you had a piece of software installed that allowed it to actually play on your system.
