Hey Dude Check to see if your CPU fan is clogged with ****!!!!!!
If all else fails.....reset Bios by removing Board battery for 2 mins.
Replace battery,re-boot....and if you are still getting blue screens check your Ram temp just by feel..if they are HOT then you "could" have a faulty ram stick or your Timings are too tight!but resetting the bios should cure that......!

Blue screens mean hardware has been shut down to prevent damage!record what you are doin exactly when it Blscreens.

You may need a fresh install of windows also.....never hurts!!!!(Have you partitioned?)

ALSO.......I have a friend who has a Gigabyte board and he wishes he never heard of it!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and look into a new board......They are plagued with issues!!!!!! On his..you have to install at least service pack 1 for windows to even get the AGP bus working right with an ATI vid card!!!!
I run a K7N2 Delta by msi and ive had no probs at all!!!(and my CPU is overclocked by over 200mhz!!!!!!!)Cool as a cuke!

Anyways...Hope this helps!!

Ge-Force out!

Hope you have a good PS. Most generic Power Supplys are way over rated and cause many problems.
After the BIOS clearing and checking for lint in your CPU heat sink>>>
Also, you could try reseating the cards and memory.
Test the memory w/this www.memtest86.com
