what does this translate into?
btw, this is a brand new rig. This is the 3rd time happening, while playing Guild Wars 2

Nope everything is stock. This is what i have :

Haswell build:

-CPU: 4770k 3.5 (non oc)
-GPU: GTX 780 superclocked
-Mobo: Msi Mpower
-PSU: Corsair 800w gold
-16gb ram
-256gb SSD
-2 1tb hard drives
What's your memory frequency (speed in MHz). That is a memory related code, meaning you need to increase DRAM Voltage/VTT/VCCSA voltages. If you are running faster 1600MHz this is most likely the problem (even if it is running at XMP profile settings).

start by trying to bump up DRAM voltage from 1.5v to like 1.6v
