The exact message on the blue screen can tell you a lot about your issue. Usually there will be a STOP message. Post up that info, and we may be able to help you better. There is a way in Windows to disable automatic reboot on BSODs (so you can read the error messages more easily), though I can't recall it off hand. Search through the forums as it's probably posted here somewhere.

I have like read it fully and it says theres a error with the hardware and or software. I had to reinstall windows XP professional 4 times, and it keeps happening. The hardware to my PC seems fine and at the end of the message it says its dumbing "something" memory. I dunno if any of that extra will help??

There should be a code or something like that. Can you take a picture/write down whats on the bsod?

Yeah, the exact code is key. It could be something as simple as moving a PCI card down one slot, or one of your components might be on its last leg.

We've all been there before. Good luck. <img src="/images/smilies/smile.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Smile" class="inlineimg" />
