This question is for other Blue Yeti Mic owners.
I thought that the headphone port on the bottom of the mic would automatically start monitoring my voice as soon as I plugged in my headphones into it. However, that's not the case.
I'd have to go to Sound Properties - playback devices and select the Blue Yeti Mic as the default playback device to hear myself, and only when I select "listen to this device". is that how it is for you guys too?
In a way, this Blue Yeti mic sort of becomes a USB sound card. Since I have all audio come out of the Blue Yeti.
what did you guys have to do to monitor your recordings with this microphone?
