Have you tried another browser such as Firefox (far better IMHO) to see if it is just an IE issue?
thats what i meant by different internet explorers lol. Firefox crashes on me every 10 minutes

Got something plugged in through USB that might be sucking a way too much power than it should be and no driver/corrupted driver to regulate it?

possibley your ram has gone bad, but I doubt it
ive tested my RAM,HD's, everything works fine, and ive plugged nothing new in that would do this
I am sorry man but I really cannot think of anything else then, maybe your CPU? is it overclocked? or your GPU?

BTW I gotta go to bed man, sorry I will help you when I wake up

oh, very strange so it still did this after you did a clean install...Did you do a quick format or full format?

Do you have a anti virus? Such as AVG? If not I would recommend getting AVG free edition. And search google for SUPERAntispyware and download and install that and do a full scan and see if it comes up anything.

Sounds like a memory problem to me, did you use Memtest and if so how long for?
After a clean fresh install, how can it be a software issue. Unless he has got wrong drivers installed.... gl,

It really sounds like faulty hardware. It can be your RAM like they said, or your PSU ,

No reason for a BSOD off a clean install ,, try running memtest... gl,
Well, if you keep reformatting and you BSOD, its a hardware problem.
I can see in the Opera crash, the exception code: c0000005... c0000005 = 0x00000005 = 0x5 (in Microsoft terms) and means that a exception has occurred by a driver that attempted to access memory in an area that it should not have, or the memory address was bad.

If you have run memory tests, that show no fault in your memory modules, it is most likely the result of a non-Microsoft program that you installed that is not agreeing with Vista's memory access regiment.

You may need to uninstall non-microsoft programs you installed after you reloaded Vista, and then try to determione which program you have insttalled that Vista doesn't like (or which program doesn't like Vista).

EDIT: If you decide to Reinstall Vista again, install only what you need in the way of drivers... no Firefox/opera or any additional programs. You'll find the problem will manifest itself after running a new installed program for a while. If you go and install 3 programs all at once, you will not be able to identify the offending program.

Just noticed that you are running "ultimate' my bad, so some additional information... this can also be a general access violation.

This error can have some additional meanings in the business, enterprise, and ultimate editions of Vista. It can be caused by Windows services that need to be running, but are not, specifically internet related services. Is your Windows firewall running? If so, in conjunction with another software firewall on your computer?

What specific errors are you showing in your System Event Log?
memtest shows no errors, just ran AVG again and no virusses.

heres some errors from the System Event Log

Test new RAM even if memtest comes back with no errors.
