Hi Guys,

May sound like a weird question however.

Im wondering if i can you a bluetooth tusk as a voice comms device in Counter Strike / Source Games.

Ideally in the same way i could use the wirless headset on the xbox360 / ps3.

What im trying to achieve is my 5.1 game sound being transmitted through my speakers (no voices).
However my bluetooth headset to allow me to hear voices (no game sound) in one ear and use the mic.

Is this possible at all?

I have done some digging on google but alas found nothing so far.

Cheers lads

I do not think this is possible on games such as CSS

Most games process the vocals with the same sound engine as the game sounds, so you won't be able to split the signal. However, if you are using something like teamspeak or ventrillo, you can theoretically assign the bluetooth headset to process the voice chat client sounds while letting your sound card process game sounds. But doing this, all of the people you want to chat with will have to be using one of these clients as well.
