Thanks, ive got the beta and the 48 hour xbox live trial (which i dont need)

I have the code to get into the beta but currently my internet at home is waiting to be installed.... supposed to be installed on monday but hasn't come around. If anyone wants a beta code to get in I got an extra one that was sent to me.

It's 1.4gb and I have to say it's fun as hell. There's nothing really all that special about it but damned if it isn't addicting. I've got 2 referral codes left if anyone wants one.

Also, it has one of the coolest sounding menu songs I've ever heard.

Found it on a vid with just the song and converted to mp3.

I WAS going to upload it, but kept getting a damn upload error

There is no link. After I signed up and got my code, they emailed me 3 extra beta tokens to give to friends to use when they sign up.

Chunderface apparently didn't need the one I sent him so it may still work if he didn't use it.

I tried the bottom two but they were taken, however #26 worked for me.

Now I just need to know to use it lol

I've registered with the code but step 3 in the process just tells me how to set up an XBL Gold account (which I already have). What next?! At no point did it ask for my XBL Gamertag so how do I get the beta?

EDIT :: actually it might be tied to the 2 day XBL trial they give you? I'll check it out there. Seems like a waste to use the trial when I already have an account though, plus that means I only get two days of beta goodness...

Finally found out how to access the beta

Login at Xbox.com, click the Marketplace link at the top right, there's a "My Account" dropdown box with "Redeem code" in there.

EDIT:: you'll then find the beta pending in your downloads list, select to start the download

Am I the only one who had trouble with all this lol
