I installed windows 98 on one partition using FAT32, it works fine.
I installed windows xp pro on another, and it worked.
I installed windows 2000 on another, and it worked.
I updated windows 2000 all the way with windows update, then tried to boot windows xp pro.
It failed to boot, because it tried to load windows 2000 at the same time.
I quick formated the windows 2000 partition.
I tried to load XP pro again, to no avail. (boot options still showed windows 2000....
)
I even tried safe mode....
Now I am back on windows 98.....
I have a linux CD that can access my ntfs file systems..... is there a way I can boot windows xp pro without reinstalling it?
