Whos with me???<br><br>
Natural selection, survival of the fittest. I say remove the warning labels from everything and let people learn a hard lesson lol. If your stupid enough to stick your hands under a running lawn mower you deserve to to lose a couple fingers, if you decide to drink glass cleaner then you deserve a trip to get your stomach pumped. I say its time for people to be held accountable for thier own stupidity.<br>
If your with me put this in your sig :<br><br>

I agree, I've been saying things like that for a while, for instance I don't think speed limits should be so unbearably low just because some of the population needs to L2Drive or needs to get real cars <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)"><br><br>
Actually as a joke yesterday I was driving with my mom and she told me to watch out, kids run out into this particular street a lot and I just told her "That's what the bumper's for" <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/biggrin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Big Grin">

Well you start it. Use your kid in the sig and remove all the labels whilst he/she grows up. Then we can see what happens...

Hey i wont save my kids from stupidity. I have two already, i give them a couple warnings to let them know its dangerous thats all. Since children arent of a high IQ and cant read until what 5 they arent included. Im talking about full grown adults or teenagers that do something incredibly stupid and then complain when something bad happens <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/biggrin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Big Grin"> And no it isnt about a case

Yes! Social Darwinism<br><br>
Thank you , thank thank, thank you.<br><br>
I'm not the brightest, and sometimes I do foolish things. But, there are complete imbeciles out there that blunder through the world, make a mess of themselves due to a total abscence of common sense and then want to tax the legal and financial system in a frivolous lawsuit - and they win! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/mad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Mad"><br><br>
"Hi, I'm a blithering idiot, I just about about lopped my own leg off with this worm-drive saw and it's your fault. Give me a million dollars."<br><br>
A glib reiteration of a guy that I knew who was using a worm-drive to cut a large piece of 3/4" ply-wood. The bonehead was standing upright, placed the ply-wood accoss one leg to support it and then proceded to cut into it and his quadricep! He then tried to sue the employer - and OMG! He won.<br><br>
Stupid = Rich = no bueno!

I agree with you but warning labels these days are just for companies to protect themselves incase someone stupid puts their hands under the lawn mower and then tries to sue them....

When a little one who has yet not attainde the knowledge or wisedom partakes in drinking the glass cleaner you may reconsider your argument.<br>
No matter how hard the adults try, little ones seem to get into something somehow.

Ahh like i said kids are not included. It would be up to the parent to keep it out of reach. It all comes down to if you do your job things will go right

Ok, you asked for it!<br>
When I was little, it seemed like a good idea to help by bring in the milk, yes we had deliveries with glass bottles then. In my exuberance to be helpful, I slipped on a throw rug and did a Superman in flight into the basement. Had my mom not been at the bottom of the stairs to hoist me up, the bottem bottom of the bottle that was poking into my throat would of surely killed me! No exaduration what so ever, I still recall it like a video running in my head and am reminded by the scar that runs from the tip of my thumb to my rist where I was sliced open and bled profusely.<br><br>
So I guess, had fate not played it's cards I'd surelly had died. My parents would of deserved the greif that would of been bestowed upon them!

You know wereever there is a warning label for that crap you know someone has done it atleast once and tried to get money out of it. Without those mass alwsuites would go down becuase people sit at home trying to figure out how to make some quick money. * well evil people *

I've got another great example, what about that guy who sued Apple saying that the iPod caused hearing loss because he played it on full blast so now Apple rolls out new firmware on iPods that limits the volume, just another example of the many suffering for the extreme idiocy of the few...you know not everyone listens to their iPods with headphones so having a higher maximum volume is very useful.<br><br>
Duke, you're story has nothing to do with the topic at hand, we're talking about removing warning labels that are there for ******ed people, you slipping and falling was through no fault of your own, hell everyone trips every once in a while but you just got really unlucky.

That doesnt classify as what im taking about. there are accidents (like the one you hard) and the ones that are totally avoidable (like the lawnmower) thats my point. Accidents are unavoidable its a fact, but when a grown person who has the ability for common sense does something stupid, thats what im refering to. Obviously as a child even if there was a warning label on the milk you couldnt read nor comprehend the signifigance of it, and your parents didnt think that you picking up milk could be such a hazard. My father always said there isnt such a thing as an "accident" just someone doing what thier not supposed to. I believe it to an extent, and if you realy think about it its true. Take a car accident for example. Running a red light, driving drunk, driving too fast for unsafe conditions all things you shouldnt be doing. But in turn there are things like "acts of god" such as deer and lightining that could hit your car. Get what im trying to say yet?
