In my case if the volts are too low it will BSOD, if it's moderately low it will just error the worker.

Still no luck, same BSOD after about 1 hour of small FFT's.
New setting had same result:
CPU Vcore: 1.26250v
QPI/VTT: 1.30v
IOH Core: 1.20v
Dram Voltage: 1.64v
