Hey guys,
I've had the machine in my rig running great for 4-5 months now, however in the last week or 2, on a cold boot, Windows 7 will BSOD and reboot. The BSOD does not happen consistently or every time I start the computer... so this has me stumped.
Upon reboot, I get into Windows 7 and everything runs fine. Bluescreenviewer is showing code CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION / 0x000000f4 on ntoskrnl.exe.
Only thing I can really say that has changed is 10-20 Windows Updates that I have installed.. no software or hardware changes recently.
Ran Memtest on my ram, and Prime 95 for 4-5 hours without any issues. My SSD has the latest firmware. Updated my mobo bios, and I am keeping my fingers crossed that maybe that will solve this issue.
Would it be possible that my SSD is dying?

Thank you guys!
