IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL is kind of a generic BSOD code. It's like saying your car didn't start. It may have a dead battery, be out of gas, the ECU failed, the engine blow up, etc.. Just not starting, while being the problem, isn't the solution. You want to know why didn't it start - why was there an IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error?
You could try looking in Windows Event Viewer for problems.
