My buddy is looking for a case, with the most usb 3.0 front plugs as he can get. 4 at the least, but hes wants as many as he can find! Preferably a mid tower.

What can you guys recommend?

I recommend getting whatever case you really want, and just populating it with devices like

I only pick that one as an example, there are numerous such devices with all different amounts\types of ports and for both 5.25 and 3.5 bays.
