A friend of mine has a terrible acer system with a Phenom II X4 830 and he wants to increase the performance. I convinced him to get a new motherboard that can overclock the processor on the cheap. I was looking around Newegg and I found This. Is it a suitable replacement? He has a mATX case so that's why we're sticking to an mATX motherboard.

Am I right to assume that he can overclock with this board without too much hassle? Have you guys got any other suggestions?
