Budget Overclocking

So I wanna overclock my 955 C3 to 4.1GHz at 1.46v but I now have money issues due to paying people back and also needing DJ gear.
My current CM GeminII S could do it but went to 70.5c till I stopped it in Prime

Was thinking of possibly getting one of the following:
Hyper 212+ (Seems to be a huge favorite)
Scythe Mugen 2 Rev. B (Also seems to be a favorite)
Sunbeam CR-CCTF (Cant find too much on this one but is the cheapest one)

Also if anyone knows what would I expect in temps at 25c ambient
Thanks in advance!

The Hyper 212+ is a fantastic value at $30 and whole-heartedly gets my recommendation. It's economical on space, too, and not a huge rectangular prism
Set it up in a push-pull configuration for best results.

Temps are hard to forecast, but I would certainly think that that 212+ will outperform the GeminII S by a good bit

I think almost anything will on my 955. lol my 7850BE cpu can take anything and it would run under ambient...somehow >.> I had a masscool circular cooler on that thing and it went to 16c
But since I upgraded to my 955 thats when I saw that I need a GOOOOOOD cooler and not some cheapo crap

The 212+ is best bang for your buck heatsink. But the Mugen B will outperform it
