The UD3L should be fine if you don't need RIAD and extra pcie. I would change the E7500 to E7400 and use that money for UD3R or UD3P. 9800GT is a 105w GPU so make sure the psu can do 280w on 12v.

cpu

here are some of my selections i like that cpu because i have one from the same family but wish i had up-graded and you want a better mobo for oc'ing and such and this ram is great very fast and by a good company
I really dont need sli and am partial to gigabyte mb's they are very o/c friendly, the e8400 is a great chip on my last build i had the e8500 but i really dont need that wanted to keep my budget down and the e7xxx series seem ok to me.
I don't think maddogg read budget....

I thought your build was good until i noted the monitor you chose. Being a 1080p monitor, you're going to need more graphics power than the 9800gt offers. If you need to save some money to move up to another gpu, an e5200 and radeon 4870 would offer much better performance. The e7400 and e5200 will oc similarly, but the e74 may go a little higher(+.2 maybe)

I had the radeon HD 4830-512 picked out but there out of stock Atm.Plus i dont game so i think either would work, correct me if im wrong.
I said 4870 but if you're not gaming that should be fine. If you don't game, you should probably just keep your 8600gt and save some money. Maybe upgrade to e8x00 cpu.
4870 was going for less than $115; ridiculous really. If you can get your hands on one for that price, I don't see why you wouldn't want one. Then again, what's your budget and what are you trying to do with it?

I keep checking on deals sure i would get the higher end card if i can,but seems everyday they change,it depends on how much of this rig i sell as budget goes.

Get a E7300 instead, save your money and perhaps use that money on a 9800gtx+ or something.
an E7300 is more than sufficient- the only thing I would recommend over it is a Q6600. probably not worth it to spend that much more on a core 2 duo when they're reaching near the end of their lifeline.
