I'm building a $700 budget computer. I need a cheap video card, and a cheap motherboard AM3 socket preferred. Do you think this card can handle crisis on medium settings?

The motherboard has no ratings on it so I'm a bit concerned
if i do go with the AM3 socket. Can someone link me to cheap DD3 ram please. 2gbs of memory will be fine.
