I decided to build the hardware from my last personal build into a new case/loop.

Mods:
  • I really like the symmetry and "full" look that comes with a 560 in the top panel but I'm not a huge fan of the extended top options for this case. So I picked up an extra 560 drop in and cut/drilled the top panel to fit the whole assembly.
  • I cut pass-through holes in the divider panel to support two "hanging" reservoirs, the radiator outlet, and the monoblock pipes. I had to trim the middle support tab off of the top motherboard rail but it's still held in place using the other two. The only thing word of caution I'll give here is to put the reservoir outlet somewhere else if you plan on using the front fan rack. With the 560 in place, the outlet pass-through and 90° fitting are too close to the edge of the case to fit the rack back in.
  • I drilled out the basement floor to mount both pumps, the Aquaero 6 LT, and a stock hard drive cage. If I ever upgrade the power supply to something longer, the drive cage will need to be moved.
  • There's pass-throughs on the motherboard tray that don't interfere with any stand-off holes in case I want to convert to full ATX/EATX in the future. I also killed all the RGB in the main chamber because RGB is for quitters.
