<br><br>
This will be the first PC I've built in almost a decade. Having built my own computers since the 80's up until early 2000's I switched over to using macs. I will still be using a mac as my main computer but this will be for gaming and video editing / vfx stuff that I enjoy.<br><br>
I've been gathering components since Nov' 14 while researching and buying a lot of different things impulsively but this will be my first real water cooling attempt . The only prior experience I had was on my last build back in 2006 using a Cool-IT Freezone TEC cooler.<br><br>
I decided just go all out and see where this takes me.<br><br><br><br><b>Parts List (Purchased)<br></b>

The Alphacool UT60 Radiator with a Fan was too thick to mount inside the top, making it impossible to fit a large res so I decided to put these 30mm radiators which seem to be identical to HWLabs GTS Series radiators. Here is what I've accumulated in the last month in Bitspower Deluxe White Fittings. I have some more on the way but hopefully that will be everything I need to complete the build. I still need to find the right size fittings to fit into the Pump tops since I just found out yesterday while test fitting the pump/res that the in and out ports are not G1/4" but G3/8" ? If anyone knows what fittings I need I would appreciate the help. More to come..<br><br><a class="H-lightbox-open" href="http://www.overclock.net/content/type/61/id/2373958/"><img alt="" class="lightbox-enabled" data-id="2373958" data-type="61" src="http://www.overclock.net/content/type/61/id/2373958/width/1000/height/500/flags/LL" style="; width: 750px; height: 500px"></a><br><a class="H-lightbox-open" href="http://www.overclock.net/content/type/61/id/2373959/"><img alt="" class="lightbox-enabled" data-id="2373959" data-type="61" src="http://www.overclock.net/content/type/61/id/2373959/width/1000/height/500/flags/LL" style="; width: 889px; height: 500px"></a><br><a class="H-lightbox-open" href="http://www.overclock.net/content/type/61/id/2373960/"><img alt="" class="lightbox-enabled" data-id="2373960" data-type="61" src="http://www.overclock.net/content/type/61/id/2373960/width/1000/height/500/flags/LL" style="; width: 889px; height: 500px"></a>

I am subbed because the HOF is a card I always wished I had gotten. Also just make the Caselabs jump now <img alt="biggrin.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.overclock.net/images/smilies/biggrin.gif"><img alt="wink.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.overclock.net/images/smilies/wink.gif">

You guys are right. I bought the Enthoo Primo on a whim and while that would have been fine for the build I intended at that point, it is seriously lacking for what the build has become with so much money already invested in parts. I'm glad I haven't done any painting or modding yet only to come to the same conclusion as you guys. I guess I'll use it for another build since I bought way more fittings and things that I will probably need. Only thing about caselabs is filtration. I haven't looked too much into it yet so I will need to do some research tonight and order one in the morning in hopes that it will be ready by the time I get my gpu waterblocks.

Well check out the Caselabs thread, a lot fo good info there as Claes said Demciflex is what people use. Order times can take around 30 days right now for a caselabs order.<br>

Do you know if Case Labs will do any custom work such as instead of hex or brick perforations they can do something like in my avatar? I'm thinking at this point if I should just have a custom case made since not using the primo would make my projected budget nearly 4x anyways.

Honestly, I don't think so since it's all CNC stuff. Can always email them and ask [email protected]

Found some time to take some pictures of my core components last night. I pretty much have everything I need except my case which I have yet to decide just yet but will be a toss between a Caselabs ST10 or SMA8<br><br><a class="H-lightbox-open" href="http://www.overclock.net/content/type/61/id/2376833/"><img alt="" class="lightbox-enabled" data-id="2376833" data-type="61" src="http://www.overclock.net/content/type/61/id/2376833/width/1000/height/500/flags/LL" style="; width: 750px; height: 500px"></a><br><br><br><br>
I also received the new KLEVV Cras DDR4 Ram. Klevv is a brand formed by SK Hynix who were oem to companies like G.SKill and Corsair and the Cras line is their premium DDR4 line set to go up against Corsair Dominator Platinum. The packaging looks great although flimsy, these modules are also the heaviest I've ever picked up and The heat sink quality of the modules is by far the best I've ever seen. There is also Led's on the top of each module just like dominator platinums. I have yet to test them out hope to try them soon.<br><a class="H-lightbox-open" href="http://www.overclock.net/content/type/61/id/2376834/"><img alt="" class="lightbox-enabled" data-id="2376834" data-type="61" src="http://www.overclock.net/content/type/61/id/2376834/width/1000/height/500/flags/LL" style="; width: 889px; height: 500px"></a>

Starting to unbox stuff while waiting on my new case. Starting with the PSU, the new Seasonic 1050w Snow Silent 80Plus Platinum . Nice packaging and quality. I really think they should have included white cables at this pricepoint. All cables are black unfortunately even the power cable.<br><br><br><a class="H-lightbox-open" href="http://www.overclock.net/content/type/61/id/2381807/"><img alt="" class="lightbox-enabled" data-id="2381807" data-type="61" src="http://www.overclock.net/content/type/61/id/2381807/width/1000/height/500/flags/LL" style="; width: 750px; height: 500px"></a><br><a class="H-lightbox-open" href="http://www.overclock.net/content/type/61/id/2381810/"><img alt="" class="lightbox-enabled" data-id="2381810" data-type="61" src="http://www.overclock.net/content/type/61/id/2381810/width/1000/height/500/flags/LL" style="; width: 750px; height: 500px"></a><br><a class="H-lightbox-open" href="http://www.overclock.net/content/type/61/id/2381808/"><img alt="" class="lightbox-enabled" data-id="2381808" data-type="61" src="http://www.overclock.net/content/type/61/id/2381808/width/1000/height/500/flags/LL" style="; width: 750px; height: 500px"></a><br><a class="H-lightbox-open" href="http://www.overclock.net/content/type/61/id/2381809/"><img alt="" class="lightbox-enabled" data-id="2381809" data-type="61" src="http://www.overclock.net/content/type/61/id/2381809/width/1000/height/500/flags/LL" style="; width: 750px; height: 500px"></a><br><a class="H-lightbox-open" href="http://www.overclock.net/content/type/61/id/2381811/"><img alt="" class="lightbox-enabled" data-id="2381811" data-type="61" src="http://www.overclock.net/content/type/61/id/2381811/width/1000/height/500/flags/LL" style="; width: 750px; height: 500px"></a>

I started working on the cables while I am waiting for my case. At first I was going to use bitspower sleeving in all white but wanted to throw some color into it so I got some paracord and I think it matches the mb very well. The wires were somewhat loose and I did not have any combs for 5 wire so I started experimenting and braided the cables and it actually turned out pretty nice so I'll probably go with that for the SATA power and any Molex cables.

My waterblocks from Bitspower arrived!! I got the new clear acrylic but with a white backplate. Machine Marks are clearly visible through the clear acrylic but that is nothing a little sanding and polishing won't fix.<br><br><br>
Something new that I can't seem to find anywhere online is the SLI VGA Bridge that was given to me for ordering multiple VGA waterblocks! It is a single piece of acrylic about 1 3/4" thick. Very nice Thanks Bitspower!
