This is my very first build, and I plan on it being finished by March or so. I will be posting more pictures soon.

Thoughts and suggestions are welcome!

Memory - Super Talent Chrome Series DDR3-2000 6GB CL8

Graphics Card - 1x GIGABYTE Radeon HD 6970

Storage - 1TB SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HDD & 64GB Crucial RealSSD C300 (For Boot Drive)

PSU - Antec EarthWatts EA750 (Got it on Black Friday for $35)

Cooling - Stock (For now)

DVD Drive - ASUS Black SATA 24X DVD Burner

Monitor - Apple iMac 27" E-IPS LED Backlit Display

I've owned this iMac 27" computer for about a year now, and I thought I might as well put it to good use instead of spending more and getting a separate monitor. 2560x1440 LED & IPS is pretty awesome IMO!

Not really, although I might mod my HAF 922 case by putting a side panel window, but that's it for the time being.

Thanks! And yes the card is definitely huge, it's 11 inches long! So it's even larger than the gtx 580.

I did a lot of research as to what boot drive is fastest for the price, and the c300 was my sweet spot!
