Looks good. I can't speak for it since I don't actually have it... But I'd recommend the cooler master 612 v2. It's a dir3ct heatpipe cooler that's quite large. Doesn't look as good as dark rocks but I believe it has better cooling performance... And it should be cheaper.

My gpu is 2 years old and cpu is 4. I plan to upgrade my cpu sometime in 2017 if all goes well. I would imagine pascal would be limited finally by the i5-2500k once it's released.

Have you ever updated the firmware on the 840 EVO to EXT0DB6Q?

Yeah, otherwise it will just keep getting slower and slower and slower. There are two other things that should be done, but that's definitely the first thing to do.

Did you just buy it? Or have you had it for a while? I may be confused.

Edit: I actually need to go to bed. I'll be back later.

So i have almost every thing i need except new PSU, but for now the old will do. Its FPS Blue Storm II 500W.

As you can see i got MSI motherboard Gaming m3 Z170A and GTX 970, HyperX 2x 8gp DDR4 2333, Intel core i5 6600k and Noctua NHD14.

This was my old pc, cables were messy cause PSU cables where too short to hide in the back and my case is medium size.

And Here is my new system, well obviously not final built, still need to get new PSU and maybe new bigger case.

I clocked cpu to 4.1 ghz for now.
